As a leader in providing professional lifeguard services, Lifeguarding Services Australia is always looking for new staff willing to learn and maintain their water safety and general rescue skills. 
 
Being a lifeguard is one of the most respected and fulfilling carriers a person can have, you are responsible for providing safe aquatic sights ranging from pools, water parks, beaches and community events. These positions are offered as casual, seasonal and permanent as required by our clients and lifeguard contracts.

 

As a Lifeguarding Services Australia lifeguard you will be more than a bum on a seat; you will learn to manage medical emergencies in a pre-hospital environment, be offered opportunities to develop your aquatic rescue skills in a range of environments and be able to receive recognition for working in various aquatic environments.

All Lifeguards appointed by lifeguarding Services Australia have one season to complete the requirements of Certificate III in Public Safety (Aquatic Search & Rescue). Upon completion of the certificate III Lifeguards will be re-classified and will receive a increase according to the LSA wage scale.
